# Members

> Invite people to your organization

Invite teammates from **Settings**. Only an organization admin can invite people, change roles, or remove access.

## Roles

| Role       | Access                                                                                                      |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**  | Invite and manage members. Create and edit products. Manage Agent API keys and other organization settings. |
| **Member** | Use the dashboard and view the member list. Cannot invite, change roles, or remove people.                  |

## Invite someone

    In the sidebar, click **Settings**, then **Members** under **Account**.

    Enter their email, choose **Member** or **Admin**, and click **Send invite**.

They receive an email with a link to join. The invitation expires after 7 days.

Sending another invitation to the same email replaces the pending one. The previous link stops working. You cannot invite someone who is already a member.

If the email cannot be delivered, the invitation is still created and the link is shown on the page so you can share it.

## Accept an invitation

    Sign in, or create an account, with the email address the invitation was sent to.

    Click **Accept invitation**. You land in that organization's dashboard.

The link only works for the invited email address. If you are signed in as someone else, sign out and open the link again.

If you created the account with email and password, open the verification email before you accept. The invitation stays unused until you accept it, and it expires 7 days after it was sent. If an account with that email already exists, sign in with the method you used to create it.

## Manage access

Pending invitations appear on the **Members** page. **Revoke** cancels one immediately, and the link stops working.

Use the role menu next to a person to switch them between **Member** and **Admin**. Removing a person ends their access immediately.

An organization must keep at least one admin. Promote another member before you remove or demote the last admin.
